The National Crime Agency has issued its first ever alert to schools and colleges, after a global increase in cases of financially motivated sexual extortion - or ‘sextortion’.

Attendees can expect to hear about the latest trends, as identified by organisations working to support victims of this crime, as well as the different methods being used to target young people, including the use of AI to manipulate or 'nudify' images. The session will also signpost to a range of specialist support services and advise educators on how to build a response to this issue into a whole school approach to online safety.
